Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium Pre-Orders Open At Amazon

Amazon has launched pre-orders of the Xperia XZ2 Premium today, with a price of $999. For this price, you get the Xperia XZ2 Premium from Sony, but you also get a pair of the Xperia Ear Duo, which is Sony's truly wireless headphones. This is a great price for this bundle, considering the Xperia Ear Duo are priced at $279 by themselves. Which would effectively make the Xperia XZ2 Premium cheaper than the regular Xperia XZ2.

Sony's Xperia XZ2 Premium is the company's latest smartphone that sports a 4K display. There's a 5.8-inch 4K display here, and unlike the Xperia XZ2, it's a 16:9 aspect ratio instead of a taller display. It's powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset with 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. There is a micro SD card slot available here for expanding storage, should you need to add some more storage to the device. this is all powered by a 3540mAh capacity battery, which should keep the Xperia XZ2 Premium running all day long, especially with Sony's STAMINA software on-board. Sony also has a dual camera setup on the back, with a main 19-megapixel sensor and then a secondary 12-megapixel sensor for black and white photography. The front-facing sensor is a 13-megapixel camera. Both the front and rear sensors should offer up some pretty good pictures for users of the Xperia XZ2 Premium, especially since these sensors are made by Sony, so it knows how to get the best out of them.

The Xperia XZ2 Premium's 4K display isn't 4K all of the time. If it was, the battery life would be pretty bad. But the 4K display only really lights up to the full 4K resolution when viewing pictures and video that are in 4K. And that largely only happens when you are viewing footage you shot on your Xperia XZ2 Premium, through its camera. So you won't be able to watch 4K video on YouTube in its full 4K resolution on the Xperia XZ2 Premium here. Amazon is offering a pretty sweet bundle here though, the Xperia XZ2 Premium plus the Xperia Ear Duo for $999 is a really good price, to say the least. Which you can grab from the link below.
