Deal: ecobee3 Smart Thermostat & 3 Room Sensors For $199 - Prime Day 2018

Amazon has discounted the ecobee3 Smart Thermostat which comes with three room sensors, bringing the price back down to $199. That's good for $50 off of the regular price of the ecobee3 which is a great smart thermostat to pick up, in fact it's one of the best that's currently available.

The ecobee3 is a smart thermostat that looks really nice when installed in your home. It's got a clean look, with a black front and a small blue light towards the top. When it's not being used, it's plain black and looks really nice. The ecobee3 has all of the features of most smart thermostats on the market right now. Which includes being able to control the temperature in your home using your smartphone and the ecobee app. You can set schedules, adjust the temperature and so much more from your smartphone while you aren't even home. But the ecobee3 also works with Alexa, so you can pick up one of the discounted Echo devices and use your voice to control it. Now the room sensors that come with the ecobee3 can be placed in other rooms in your home. These will talk with the ecobee3 to tell it what the temperature is in that room, so that it can adjust the temperature as needed to make it more comfortable, which will result in reducing the heating or cooling costs for you. And it's always good to save some cash.

This is part of Amazon's Prime Day, which is ongoing now through midnight PST on July 17. However, you can only take advantage of this deal if you are a Prime member, so if you are not a member of Amazon Prime, you're going to want to sign up for Amazon Prime. Luckily, Amazon does offer up a free 30-day trial, which you can use for Prime Day and then cancel within a month and not pay a thing but take advantage of all of the deals on Amazon Prime Day, which is pretty neat.
