Deal: Amazon Fire TV Stick with Alexa & Echo Dot for $75 - July 2018

Amazon is currently discounting one of its more popular Fire TV Stick bundles, which includes the Echo Dot, bringing the price down to just $74.98. That is good for $15 off of the regular price for this bundle, and makes it a great way to bring Alexa into your home.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick is a great dongle to pick up and make your older TV a smart TV. It plugs into the back of your TV and gives you all sorts of apps that you can stream from. This includes Sling TV, DIRECTV NOW, PlayStation VUE, Netflix, Hulu and so much more. It also has a slew of movies and TV shows available from Amazon Instant Video for Prime members. There's also Alexa built-in, so you can ask your TV to order you pizza using Alexa, which is a pretty cool feature to have. Now with the Echo Dot, you can put that elsewhere in your home and speak to Alexa when you are away from your TV. Maybe you want to ask Alexa the weather for the day, but the TV isn't currently on, the Echo Dot can do that for you. It can also play music since it does double as a speaker. Both of these are great products to pick up, and for $75, it's hard to pass up this bundle.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
