Alldocube seems to be ready to announce a new tablet, the Alldocube X, and the company has just released some new info about the device. We still do not know when exactly when this device become available, but Alldocube just confirmed that the device will be funded via Indiegogo starting in early August. The company has also confirmed that the retail price of the tablet will be $269.99, while Indiegogo campaign price will be lower, as you will need to pledge only $219 (19 percent discount).
To make things even more interesting, Alldocube is offering an 'early bird' discount for those of you who subscribe on its website (link provided below the article), and is giving you a chance to get the Alldocube X for only $199. That being said, we already know the specs of this tablet as well, while you can check out its design in the gallery down below. The Alldocube X will be made out of metal, and it will utilize on-screen buttons, while a 3.5mm headphone jack will also be a part of the package. A Type-C USB port will be included as well, while the company opted to include a side-facing fingerprint scanner on this tablet. That being said, the Alldocube X will ship with a 10.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1600) Super AMOLED display, and the device will be only 6.9mm thick, says the company.
MediaTek's MT8176 64-bit hexa-core processor will fuel the Alldocube X, while the device will include 4GB lf LPDDR3 RAM. The Alldocube X will also come with 64GB of internal storage, and that storage will be expandable via a microSD card. Android 8.1 Oreo will come pre-installed on the device, while an 8,000mAh battery will be included inside of the tablet. An 8-megapixel camera will be included on the back of the device, while a camera with the same amount of megapixels will sit on the front as well, though we're probably not looking at the same exact sensors here.
