Top 10 Best Qi Wireless Chargers For LG G7 ThinQ - June 2018

The LG G7 ThinQ is the newest smartphone on the market currently (though not for long). And as is the case with many of LG's past devices, it does support Qi Wireless Charging. So you can put your brand new LG G7 ThinQ down on a charging pad and have it begin charging without having to worry about wires and such. However, LG still has not embraced fast wireless charging. Apple is doing fast wireless charging at 7.5W, while Samsung is doing it at 10W. LG and every other manufacturer out there is sticking with 5W for wireless charging right now. This is likely due to how hot these chargers and phones get already with wireless charging. But it is unfortunate here. We've rounded up the top 10 best wireless chargers currently available, and the majority of these do support fast wireless charging for Apple and Samsung devices as well.

One of our favorites from the list below is the Anker PowerWave Pad. This is a newer wireless charger from Anker, which actually looks really good. It's a white charging pad that can do the 7.5W fast charging for the newer iPhones, but it does still work with 5W for every other device out there. It's a pretty clean charging pad here, that doesn't take up a lot of space. But Anker has sweetened the deal here. There is a Quick Charge 3.0 wall charger included in the box with the PowerWave Pad here, so you can also use this charger to charge up your LG G7 ThinQ faster, with a USB-C cable, instead of using the wireless charging route.

There are plenty of other great wireless chargers on the list below. All of these are certified, so they won't make your new LG G7 ThinQ explode or overheat. Which is definitely important after buying a brand new smartphone. If you have just picked up the LG G7 ThinQ, you'll want to check out our top 10 accessories, cases and screen protectors as well.

Yootech Wireless Charger

This is a simple but effective wireless charger from Yootech. It will wirelessly charge your smartphone at normal speeds. It can do up to 7.5W which is what Apple uses for fast wireless charging, however, LG doesn't support fast wireless charging, so that's not an issue here. It will charge at 5W, which is fine for charging up overnight.

Anker PowerPort Wireless 5 Pad

The LG G7 ThinQ offers wireless charging, as its predecessors have, and the PowerPort Wireless 5 Pad here is a great way to wirelessly charge your smartphone at night or even at the office. It does 5W, which is fine for the LG G7 ThinQ, since it does not offer fast wireless charging like Samsung does in its smartphones.

Seneo 10W Fast Wireless Charger

This charger from Seneo is actually a stand, which makes it great for using next to your bed at night to keep your phone charged up. Now this is a fast wireless charger, but that only applies to Apple and Samsung devices, and not the LG G7 ThinQ, which is unfortunate, but it'll still charge it up overnight.

RAVPower Qi Certified Fast Wireless Charger Quick Charge

RAVPower has a charging pad here available for the LG G7 ThinQ as well. This one does also do fast wireless charging, which doesn't work with LG's devices anyways, but it's a good idea to get one that supports it, in case you do get a device later on that does. This is a great one to grab, and it is also pretty small.

iOttie iON Wireless Mini Fast Charger

This one is actually one of the better looking wireless chargers out there. It is made of fabric, which does help keep it cool while it is charging your device. But it is also pretty small, so it'll take up very little space on your desk. Again, like most chargers on this list, it does also support Fast Wireless Charging.

CHOETECH Wireless Charger

This is another wireless charger that is really not all that flashy, but it gets the job done. This is a wireless charging pad, so you can set your phone down on it and have it start charging automatically. It does have an LED light that indicates that it is actually charging, which is also pretty nice to have here.

Anker PowerWave 7.5 Pad

This is Anker's newer wireless charger, and it does support 7.5W for the new iPhones. That doesn't matter for the LG G7 ThinQ, but might be a good option if you have someone in your home with one of the newer iPhones. This is a pretty clean looking wireless charger, and it pulls double duty by coming with a Quick Charge 3.0 wall charger as well.

Belkin Boost Up Wireless Charging Stand

This option from Belkin is actually a pretty interesting one. This is the Boost Up Wireless Charging Stand. It looks pretty small, but it can still keep your smartphone nice and charged while you're on the go. It does also do up to 10W fast wireless charging for those looking to use this for other devices as well as the LG G7 ThinQ.

Cubevit [IPX5 Waterproof] Fast Wireless Charger

Cubevit has an interesting wireless charger here, it's waterproof, rated at IPX5. It's unclear why you would need a waterproof wireless charger, but it's here, and it's a pretty cool feature to have here. Especially with many more smartphones becoming waterproof these days, including the LG G7 ThinQ.

Belkin Boost Up Bold Wireless Charging Pad

Belkin also has a pretty stealth looking wireless charger here in the Boost Up Bold. This is a great looking one that is going to look good on your desk while also charging your LG G7 ThinQ when you need to charge it up. This one does also do fast wireless charging, around 10W, so if you do have other devices from Samsung or Apple, those can be charged fast.
