Honeywell’s Smart Home Security System Available For Pre-Order

Honeywell has put its Smart Home Security System up for pre-order, finally, after having it available on Indiegogo for a bit. The security system starts at $449, which is actually a discount from its original price of $568.99. That is because Honeywell is offering special discounts for those that pre-order, as well as a couple of different bundles for those that do pre-order.

The cheaper of the two bundles is the Starter Kit and you get a free C1 Security camera. This is priced at $449, and includes the Smart Home Security Starter Kit (which includes Smart Home Security Camera Base Station, two window/door access sensors, and a key fob), along with the C1 WiFi Security Camera. The other bundle includes the Smart Home Security Camera Base Station, two window/door access sensors, a Smart Home Security Keyfob, One T5 WiFi Smart Thermostat, a water leak and freeze detector and a C1 WiFi Security camera, and this is also priced at $599, down from its original price of $808.94. Not a bad price at all.

This Smart Home Security System from Honeywell is aiming to keep your entire home safe. Not only does it keep your doors and windows locked and let you know when they've been opened, but it also works for leaks, which is a good way to keep your water bill down. Honeywell debuted this system at CES earlier this year, which gained a lot of attention, seeing as many smart home companies are now putting together entire smart home security systems, which includes Nest and now Honeywell. And with Honeywell already having WiFi-enabled thermostats, and cameras, Honeywell has a pretty robust ecosystem already, and if you are already invested in it, then you should definitely get into the Smart Home Security System. You can pre-order the Smart Home Security System from Honeywell using the link below, Honeywell has not yet announced when it will start shipping, but it should be in the next few weeks.
