Amazon is offering up the Xperia XZ2 unlocked right now for just $699. That may not seem like much of a deal, but the Xperia XZ2 actually retails for $799, and only launched about a month ago. So taking $100 off of the regular retail price is pretty good at this point in its life cycle. And it's a good time to pick up the Xperia XZ2.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 has a tall display, measuring in at 5.7-inches. It does also have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset under-the-hood, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage inside. There is a micro SD card slot available for expanding storage as well here. The Xperia XZ2 has some great specs, and a great design. Sony has finally gone with a fully glass design, that is curved and feels really nice in the hand. Sony also has a fully working fingerprint sensor in the US, which is new with the Xperia XZ2, and it is located on the back, below the camera. Sony has moved the camera further down on the Xperia XZ2 so that your hands don't cover it when taking photos. The Xperia XZ2 is a really good looking smartphone, and it does come with the latest version of Android, that being Android Oreo. This is a great device to pick up, even at $699.
This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
