Deal: Amazon Echo (2nd Generation), SmartThings Hub & 2 Element Smart Bulbs for $115 - June 2018

Amazon has a pretty incredible bundle with the Echo (2nd Generation) on sale right now. It includes a Samsung SmartThings Hub, and two Element Smart Bulbs for just $114.98. For reference, the Echo (2nd Generation) is priced at about $99 itself, which makes this a really great deal.

The Amazon Echo is a great speaker to pick up, since it can stream all sorts of audio over your WiFi or Bluetooth connection, but it also has Alexa built-in. Alexa is able to do just about anything these days. From ordering pizza, to ordering an Uber, and even controlling your smart home. And with the Samsung SmartThings Hub, it can control just about anything. The SmartThings Hub works with many products that don't work with Amazon Alexa, so it's a good bridge to get everything connected. Now the two Element Smart Bulbs here that are included, do work with both SmartThings and Alexa, so you can use your voice to control these bulbs, as well as the Element or SmartThings app. You can also set a schedule to turn the lights on or off at specific times, which does also come in handy. This is a great bundle to pick up if you are getting started in making your home a smart home. As it has everything you need to get started.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $119/year (or $59/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
