The alleged Xiaomi Mi 7 has just surfaced in several real-life images, while some of the phone's specs appeared as well. This is the best leak of the Mi 7 that we've seen thus far, presuming that the leaked info is accurate. Now, if you take a look at the front side of the device, you'll immediately notice that it has an iPhone X-like display notch at the top, and it seems like this is the same display that leaked quite recently, so there may be some truth here after all.
A display notch on this phone is quite wide, noticeably wider than the one on the Huawei P20 series, that's for sure. Bezels on this handset are quite thin, though it does sport a "chin" below the display. All the physical keys are included on the right-hand side of the phone, while the company's logo is included on the back. Speaking of the phone's back side, it's worth noting that a fingerprint scanner is included there as well, and the same goes for a vertically-aligned dual camera setup, and an LED flash. Considering that a fingerprint scanner sits on the back of the Mi 7, it will not be included under the display, as some rumors suggested. Now, you will notice that the Mi 7 is made out of metal and glass, while you will also see that in one of the images in the galley down below, two devices are shown off. These two phones sport a slightly different shape, as the one on the left is more rounded than the one on the right. This may be the Xiaomi Mi 7 and Mi 7 Plus, but they do sport different shapes, which is a bit weird, as the two phones would probably be the same when it comes to the design, only their size would be different.
As you can see, one of the images in the gallery shows off the phone's spec sheet. This image more or less confirms that the Mi 7 will be fueled by the Snapdragon 845 and ship with 6GB of RAM, well, at least one of its variants will. Android 8.1 Oreo is also mentioned in that image, and the same goes for 128GB of internal storage. Display size or resolution is not mentioned here, but the Mi 7 will probably ship with a fullHD+ display, and that display will be smaller than 6 inches, as the Mi 7 is expected to be way more compact than the Mi MIX 2S which comes with a 5.99-inch panel.
