Huawei P20 Pro & P20 Lite Are Now Available In India

The Huawei P20 Lite and P20 Pro were announced in India on April 24, and both phones are now available for purchase from Amazon India. It was announced on April 24 that the two devices will be Amazon India exclusives, so keep that in mind. The Huawei P20 Lite is priced at Rs. 19,999 ($301), while its sibling can be purchased for Rs. 64,999 ($978). It is worth saying that the Huawei P20 was not announced in India, though it is possible that Huawei may introduce it at some point down the road.

These two smartphones were announced back in February during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, along with the aforementioned Huawei P20 unit. The Huawei P20 Lite and P20 Pro are both made out of metal and glass, and the P20 Pro is the most powerful Huawei-branded smartphone you can buy at the moment, while the P20 Lite is the company’s mid-ranger. The P20 Pro, and P20 Lite sport considerably different specs, in comparison, the P20 Pro comes with Leica’s lenses, and a triple camera setup on the back, while its fingerprint scanner is located below the display. The P20 Lite features inferior camera sensors, two of them on the back, while Leica’s lenses are not a part of the package, and its fingerprint scanner sits on the back. The P20 Pro is also noticeably larger than the P20 Lite, as it comes with a larger display. These two phones also feature different spec sheets.

The Huawei P20 Pro features a 6.1-inch fullHD+ AMOLED display, while it comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone is fueled by the Kirin 970 64-bit octa-core processor, while a 4,000mAh battery is also included in this package. The device features 40, 20, and 8-megapixel cameras on the back, while Android 8.1 Oreo comes pre-installed on the phone, with Huawei’s Emotion UI (EMUI) 8.1 skin. The Huawei P20 Lite, on the other hand, comes with a 5.84-inch fullHD+ panel, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage in India. The phone sports 16 and 2-megapixel cameras on the back, while a single 16-megapixel camera is included on its front side.
