Honor 10 Sold Out In Spain, It's Selling Well In Europe

The Honor 10 sales are off to a really good start it seems. The company has announced that it took consumers in Spain only six hours to buy all the available Honor 10 units, while the Phantom Blue Honor 10 sold out within one day in France. The Honor 10 is also available in Germany, Italy, and the UK as we speak, and the device was announced a couple of days ago in London, following its original launch in China which took place last month.

Now, it is unclear as to how many Honor 10 units Honor made available for users in Spain, or how many of them the company sold overall, but it seems like consumers are quite interested in the device. That may not be that surprising considering that the phone’s pricing starts at only €399 / ‎£399 in Europe, depending on the region, and you’re also eligible for a €30 / ‎£30 voucher which you can get on the company’s official website (hihonor.com). Honor had introduced four color variants of the Honor 10, Blue, Gray, Green, and Black, though their availability is market-dependent. As far as the device itself is concerned, it actually resembles the Huawei P20 quite a bit, while the two phones also have similar specs. The Honor 10 does not come with Leica’s lenses, as Honor wanted to keep its price down, but the phone is fueled by Huawei’s most powerful SoC, the Kirin 970, just like the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro. This handset was announced in both 4GB and 6GB RAM variants, but only a 4GB RAM model is available in Europe, and it comes with 64GB or 128GB of storage, depending on which variant you opt to buy.

The Honor 10 does sport a display notch, and its bezels are quite thin, though it does have a “chin” below the display, which houses the phone’s fingerprint scanner, which is placed under the glass. 16 and 24-megapixel cameras are included on the back of this phone, while a 24-megapixel camera sits on the device’s front side. The phone ships with Android 8.1 Oreo, with Huawei’s Emotion UI (EMUI) 8.1 skin on top of it. This smartphone also includes a 3,400mAh battery, and Huawei’s proprietary fast charging.
