Deal: Certified Refurbished Pixel & Pixel XL Available For $199 - 5/17/18

Today, Woot has the Pixel and Pixel XL available starting at $199. The Google Pixel is priced at $199 for the 32GB and $245 for the 128GB model. While the Pixel XL is priced at $209 for the 32GB model and $254 for the 128GB model here. Currently, both screen sizes, both storage models and both colors are still available on Woot.

The Pixel and Pixel XL were the first smartphones made by Google under its new naming scheme - nixing the Nexus. It is a somewhat older device, approaching a year and a half at this point, but it is still one of the best smartphones on the market right now. Which is pretty impressive. Not to mention the fact that it is already running the Android P Developer Preview, which means it'll be getting Android P later this summer when the stable version rolls out. That's something that many smartphones released in 2017 and 2018 can't say. That's impressive. The Pixel has a 5-inch screen and the Pixel XL has a 5.5-inch display. Both of which run a somewhat stock Android experience, and also have a great camera on the backside. Not quite as great as what you get out of the newer Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, but still great nonetheless. If you are in need of a new smartphone - and one that will work on all four US carriers - then this is a great option.

Woot does offer free shipping, but only for Amazon Prime members. So if you are not an Amazon Prime member, you will need to pay a flat fee for shipping. Although you can also opt to sign up for a free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime and still get free shipping here. So that's a great way to get around it, just remember to cancel your trial before it expires, or you'll be paying $99. Woot does not charge taxes either, which is pretty good for those that want a great deal.
