Get 50% Off a Pixel 2 With Trade In, Plus 2 Months of YouTube, Free Chromecast & Home Mini

Verizon wants to make sure everyone can pick up a new Google Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL right now. It is offering up to 50% off of either smartphone with a trade in. Obviously, the newer the phone, the higher the trade in. However, if that was not enough, Verizon is also tossing in a few other gifts with the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. This includes two months of YouTube TV, a Google Chromecast and a Google Home Mini. Which comes to a total of $165 by itself. That makes this all a really great deal if you've been looking to get a new Pixel 2 from Verizon.

The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are both great smartphones from Google, and they are only available on Verizon (though these are unlocked, so they will work on all four US carriers). The Pixel 2 has a smaller display, while the Pixel 2 XL is larger and sports an OLED display. Both of which sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and come with 4GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of storage - remember, there's no micro SD card slot here. The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL also have one of the best cameras on the market right now, though the Huawei P20 Pro has scored a higher score on DxO Mark recently, the Pixel 2 series is still pretty high up there.

Here's how the promotion works from Verizon. You'll need to buy a Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL. After that, you'll need to trade in an eligible phone to get up to 50% off. Now, Verizon does allow you to still pay full price for the phone and get the Google bundle, which is still a great bundle. Afterwards, you will get an email to redeem your YouTube TV trial, and the Chromecast and Google Home Mini will be mailed within three to four weeks. This usually doesn't take that long, depending on how many take advantage of this promotion, it may arrive much sooner.
