Samsung may have already launched the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, but that doesn't make the Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8 Plus any less spectacular when it comes to smartphones. In fact they're still some of the best devices you can pick up even a year after the initial launch. Right now you can pick up the Samsung Galaxy S8 for just $584 over on Amazon, which is down from the regular retail price of $725. This is for the 64GB model of the phone so that means you'll have 64GB of storage to work with, plus the Galaxy S8 also supports expandable storage if you need more space than that for apps and anything else.
The Galaxy S8 comes with a 5.8-inch Quad HD Infinity display, and it's powered by a battery with a 3,300mAh capacity so you'll have plenty of battery power to get you through the day and then some. It's also powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM, so it can easily handle multitasking, mobile gaming, and more without breaking a sweat. For cameras the Galaxy S8 is fitted with a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with OIS and phase detection autofocus, and on the front it has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video chat. The Galaxy S8 initially launched with Android Nougat, but it should already have its upgrade to Android Oreo software.
