Top 10 Best Samsung Galaxy S9 Cases - March 2018

The Samsung Galaxy S9 is a great looking smartphone. Even though it doesn't have a huge design difference from the Galaxy S8 released last year. Samsung basically decided "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Which isn't a bad thing, but it does mean that the Galaxy S9 is indeed still a glass-backed smartphone. That means its going to be a rather fragile smartphone, and many will want to pick up a case or two for the new Galaxy S9 to ensure that it is protected from any drops. Luckily, we have rounded up the best cases that are currently available for the Galaxy S9. These include some of Samsung's own first-party cases, as well as some third-party cases from the likes of Spigen, Caseology, OtterBox and many more.

One of the better cases on this list is the Alcantara Case from Samsung. This is because it's a rather plain looking case, without a whole lot of flash going on, but it does have a rather interesting look with the Alcantara texture on-board. Alcantara also gives the Galaxy S9 plenty of grip so that it's not going to slip out of your hand when you least expected it too, and land face down on the ground. Definitely not something people will want to see happen. Samsung is also offering the Alcantara Case in multiple colors.

Then there is also the Caseology Parallax Series case for the Galaxy S9. This has been a favorite of ours for quite a while now, and it still is with the Galaxy S9. It's a great looking case, that is also available in multiple colors. It has a 3D pattern on the back which gives you some grip on the phone, but also gives it a rather unique look. Making it worth picking up for your new Galaxy S9. Now if none of these cases fancy your liking, there's a ton of other options available on Amazon right now.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Rugged Military Grade Protective Case

Samsung has a pretty rugged case available for the Galaxy S9. It's a first-party case, so it looks great, and fits perfectly. It is a bit thicker than other cases, since it is rugged. But it is able to take a drop or two, which is nice. Additionally, Samsung has included a built-in kickstand as well.

Spigen Neo Hybrid

This here is a very popular case no matter the smartphone. And it's now available for the Galaxy S9 as well. It's the Spigen Neo Hybrid case. Which is a pretty thin case, but does still offer plenty of protection for the Galaxy S9, which is good to see as well. It does also look good on the Galaxy S9, and that is definitely important as well.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Alcantara Case

Samsung is back with its Alcantara cases for the Galaxy S9. This provides a rather interesting texture for the Galaxy S9, but most importantly, it adds some grip for the Galaxy S9. And where the device is made of glass, adding some grip is definitely important. It's available in a few different colors as well.

Caseology Legion Series

If you're one that is prone to dropping your smartphone quite often, then this is a case that is definitely worth picking up. It's the Caseology Legion Series, which is a rugged case, that still looks pretty nice. It's a dual-layer case, with a TPU layer and then a hard layer on top of it to take impact when it is dropped.

Speck Presidio Grip

This is another case that is very popular on any smartphone. It's the Presidio Grip from Speck, and it is basically a plastic case, but it has plenty of grip on the sides. Which is going to help you keep the Galaxy S9 in your hand. Additionally, the grip allows you to stand the Galaxy S9 on its side against something without it sliding around.

Samsung Galaxy S9 S-View Flip Case with Kickstand

The S-View Flip Case is back again for the Galaxy S9 this year. This case is going to allow you to take advantage of that always-on display and see what the time is, your notifications and so much more. It also has a built-in kickstand available, so you can use it for watching content while on the go.

Caseology Parallax Series

This series of cases from Caseology feature even better looking cases with unique designs. It's has a pattern design on the back, which is 3D and makes it easier to keep the phone in your hand. Definitely important after spending nearly $800 (with taxes) on the Galaxy S9. And it also comes in a slew of colors.

Spigen Thin Fit

Not everyone wants a thick case on their phone, but still want a case to protect the device. And that's where the Spigen Thin Fit comes into play. It's a somewhat thin case for the Galaxy S9 that will keep the device protected, but not make it super bulky, which is definitely a good thing.

OtterBox is pretty popular for its huge, bulky cases that do protect the smartphone no matter what happens (even being run over by a car). And the COMMUTER SERIES is also available for the Galaxy S9. It's not as bulky as the DEFENDER SERIES, but still pretty bulky and will provide a ton of protection for the device.

Spigen Rugged Armor

This is a classic case, because it's pretty plain looking, but does provide protection for the Galaxy S9. It has a lip along the display, to keep the display protected for when the phone is dropped - as we all know, it is bound to happen at some point. It also protects the entire back of the device and adds plenty of grip.
