It seems like KOOLNEE is getting ready to release a new smartphone, and according to the company's new teaser video, the device could be named KOOLNEE Rainbow. KOOLNEE will focus on colors this time around, it seems, which is something this teaser video is clearly hinting at. In the video, you will be able to see lights in various colors, and the world 'Rainbow' has also been mentioned in it.
Now, at the very end of the video, which is embedded down below, by the way, the company is also showing a see-through render of the device itself, well, a render of its back side. This image confirms that the phone will sport a single camera on the back, next to which an LED flash will be located. A fingerprint scanner is not visible here, and it seems like the device will sport curve sides on its back. The teaser also says that this phone is coming soon, but it does not mention when exactly. This will almost certainly be a budget smartphone, and it will either not sport a fingerprint scanner at all, or it will be located below the display. In any case, at the end of the video, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red and Green color variants have been highlighted, which either means that all of those colors will be included on a single KOOLNEE Rainbow unit, hence its name, or the device will launch in various color variants, we'll just have to wait and see.
The KOOLNEE K1 Trio is a rather interesting handset, through which the company tried to offer a really affordable phone which does not sacrifice much in terms of the design. Well, the KOOLNEE Rainbow will quite probably be even more affordable than the KOOLNEE K1 Trio, which has been available out there for quite some time now. KOOLNEE will probably release more info regarding the KOOLNEE Rainbow in the coming weeks, so stay tuned if you're interested. Now, as far as the KOOLNEE K1 Trio is concerned, it is made out of metal and glass, and it packs in rather interesting specs as well, it ships with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of native storage, a 4,200mAh non-removable battery, and a 6.01-inch fullHD+ display, amongst other specs.
