Elephone U & U Pro Sale Starts Tomorrow On GearBest

The Elephone U and U Pro are Elephone’s newest smartphones, and flagships at the same time, and those of you who were thinking of getting one of those two handsets, well, you’re in luck, as both phones will be discounted soon. These two phones were announced last month, and starting tomorrow (March 18) at 4PM UTC, you will be able to purchase the Elephone U and U Pro for $339.99 and $396.44, respectively. All you have to do is follow the link / banner provided down below. It is also worth noting that these are considerable discounts, as the Elephone U usually costs $389.99 on GearBest, while the Elephone U Pro is priced at $461.64.

These two smartphones look the same, they’re both made out of metal and glass, while both phones also come with curved AMOLED display. A 5.99-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) AMOLED display can be found on both of these handsets, and both phones sport a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, and a dual camera setup on the back. You will also find a curved display on both of those phones, while both devices offer 6GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage. Two 13-megapixel snappers are included on both the Elephone U and U Pro, while ArcSoft’s algorithm is also included in the package. An 8-megapixel camera is included on the front side of both phones, while you will find two SIM card slots (2x nano SIM) inside of both devices. That is pretty much where the similarities between these two phones end, as there are some differences as well.

The Elephone U Pro, unlike the Elephone U, comes with wireless charging and an NFC chip. The Elephone U Pro is fueled by the Snapdragon 660 64-bit octa-core processor, while the Elephone U comes with the Helio P23 64-bit octa-core processor. Android 8.1 Oreo come pre-installed on the Elephone U Pro out of the box, while Android 7.1 Nougat is included on the Elephone U, though Android 8.1 Oreo is coming soon. The Elephone U Pro comes with a 3,550mAh non-removable battery, while a 3,620mAh non-removable unit is included in the Elephone U.
