Deal: Sony XB20 Portable Wireless Speaker for $68 - 3/13/18

Sony's XB20 portable wireless speaker is currently on sale over at Amazon. It's priced at $68, which is good for $30 off of its regular price of $98. Making this a pretty fantastic deal on this Bluetooth speaker.

The Sony XB20 is actually last year's model, as the 2018 model isn't on sale yet. But that isn't a big deal, since speakers don't really change much from year to year. This speaker is still a great, small speaker from Sony. It's part of Sony's Extra Bass lineup, which means you're going to get some great bass out of this speaker, especially for its size. And that's all with this speaker still lasting around 12 hours on a single charge - and that's continuous playback, standby is even longer. That's pretty good, since most speakers are around 10 hours, that are even larger. Sony does use Bluetooth to make this a wireless speaker, so you will need to connect via Bluetooth. But Sony has made it easier to do this, by adding in NFC support here. So that you are able to tap your phone on the speaker and connect automatically. It makes it much simpler to connect to the speaker. Finally, Sony does sell the XB20 in a number of colors, as expected, and all of them are on sale today.

This item is also eligible for Amazon Prime's free shipping. Which includes free two-day shipping, and pretty cheap (usually $3.99) next-day shipping if you need it extra fast. If you are not an Amazon Prime member yet, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. You'll get 30 days free (if you're a student, you get 6 months), and then it's $99/year (or $49/year for students). Prime members do get a whole lot more than just free shipping though, so be sure to check out the full benefits.
