Deal: Sony LF-S50G Google Assistant-Enabled Smart Speaker for $148 - 3/9/18

B&H Photo has taken $50 off of the price of the Sony LF-S50G wireless speaker today, bringing the price on down to just $198. This is only the second time this speaker has dropped in price, and it's now back down to its all-time lowest price. This makes it a great time to pick up the Sony LF-S50G, especially if you're looking for an alternative to the Google Home.

The Sony LF-S50G is a great speaker to pick up. It has Google Assistant built-in, which means you're going to be able to interact with the Google Assistant. That includes asking for the weather, controlling your smart home and so much more. Additionally, the LF-S50G has great audio quality. It's a 360-degree speaker like most smart speakers these days, which means it'll be able to fill a room with audio pretty easily. It has a 1.89-inch tweeter inside, and a 2.09-inch woofer included, which provide great audio. That includes some deep bass, as well as crystal clear mids and highs. Of course, since this is a Google Assistant speaker, there is Google Cast support included here, allowing you to stream music over WiFi. Sony has added gesture controls onto the LF-S50G. Allowing you to swipe around on the top of the speaker to adjust the volume and tap the top to start talking to the Google Assistant. Of course, perhaps the most important feature, there is an LED clock on the front of the LF-S50G, which is a nice addition.

At B&H Photo, you do get free expedited shipping, and if you purchase before 4PM EST today, it will ship from its New York City warehouse today. Those that live closer to the State of New York will get it sooner, but it should arrive within two business days. There's no taxes being collected unless you reside in the state of New York or New Jersey.
