EE Opens Samsung Galaxy S9 & S9 Plus UK Pre-Orders

EE has now confirmed it is already accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus in the UK. Along with that confirmation EE has provided basic pricing details which vary depending on the plan chosen. For example, those looking to take advantage of EE’s “Essential”plan (4GB data, unlimited talk and text) can pick up the Galaxy S9 from £53 per month on a 24-month basis along with a £150 upfront payment. Those more interested in the larger Galaxy S9 Plus will be able to take advantage of the same deal albeit with a £63 monthly payment.

For those in need of more data each month, the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are available to pre-order along with the company's “Max” plan. This one typically comes with 20GB data (along with unlimited texts and calls) although EE is currently offering 60GB data each month as part of a special promotion for those who buy the latest Galaxy phones. In terms of the pricing, this one comes with a £10 down payment and a £68 monthly charge for the standard Galaxy S9, with the monthly cost rising to £78 for the Galaxy S9 Plus. Both Max options are also based on a 24-month plan.

Regardless of whether you opt for the Essential or the Max plan, EE has confirmed both phones are available to order in Coral Blue, Lilac Purple, and Midnight Black colors. Likewise, the carrier has additionally confirmed it is offering a trade-in program for those looking to upgrade their handset and save in the process. Through the program, if trading-in a Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge EE states as much as £250 can be saved and if the trade-in value exceeds the upfront cost then the additional savings will be applied to the monthly payments - spread over the 24 months.
