Vernee has just released a new video, promoting its upcoming Vernee X smartphone, and in addition to that, the company has announced that the phone will become available for pre-order in the near future. In the provided video, which is embedded down below, you will be able to see the device itself, along with its four cameras. The phone will sport 16 and 5-megapixel shooters on the back, along with 13 and 5-megapixel snappers on its front side, as Vernee confirms in the provided video.
Now, in addition to sporting four cameras, the phone will ship with an LED flash on both its front and back sides. The Vernee X will ship with a 6-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) display, and a screen-to-body ratio of 83.8 percent, in case you were wondering. Vernee claims that the Vernee X feels like a 5.5-inch phone when you hold it in your hand, due to its 18:9 display, and bezels that are not that thick. The phone will be fueled by the Helio P23 64-bit octa-core processor, which is MediaTek's mid-range chip. On top of all that, you'll also get 6GB of RAM here, and we're looking at LPDDR4X RAM, which will be accompanied by 128GB of internal storage. The Vernee X will ship with support for 4G LTE with VoLTE, and a 6,200mAh non-removable battery will also be a part of this package. Fast charging will be included here, though Vernee did not specialize what type of fast charging are we looking at, probably MediaTek's PumpExpress technology.
Now, in case you'd like to have some sort of facial recognition software available on your phone, the Vernee X will deliver in that regard as well. The company will include 'Face ID' on the Vernee X, and Vernee claims that this facial recognition tech will be able to unlock the Vernee X in 0.2 seconds, while it will use the phone's front-facing camera in order to do so, it seems. The phone will be made out of metal, it will utilize on-screen buttons, and a fingerprint scanner will be placed on its back side. The company is currently hosting a contest as well, it is offering you a chance to win a free Vernee X, you can read more about that by following the link down below.
