Official Hands-On Video Shows Off Maze Alpha X's Design

MAZE had introduced the Alpha X handset quite recently, and the company has just released its official hands-on video for this smartphone, while MAZE also mentioned that the first OTA update for the MAZE Alpha X will arrive this week, and the MAZE Alpha will also get a new update. The Maze Alpha X is a phone which is inspired by the Xiaomi Mi MIX, that much is obvious, and the company did its best to refine the design of the MAZE Alpha which has been available out in the market for quite some time, and that’s where the MAZE Alpha X fits in. This phone does resemble the MAZE Alpha, but it is noticeable that it is newer than its sibling.

Now, in the provided video down below, you will be able to check out the MAZE Alpha X up-close-and-personal, and as you’ll notice, the phone is made out of metal and glass, while the device’s main camera snapper protrudes on the back a bit. Next to that camera, you will see an LED flash, and the company’s branding is present on the back of this phone as well. A 3.5mm headphone jack is placed at the very top of this phone, while you will notice a Type-C USB port at the bottom, along with the phone’s loudspeaker. The phone’s power / lock, volume up and volume down buttons can be found on the right, while the SIM card tray lies on the left-hand side of this smartphone. A fingerprint scanner is also a part of the MAZE Alpha X package, and it lies below the phone’s display. The device’s front-facing camera is located in the lower-right portion of the phone’s front side, and as you can see, the phone has a ‘chin’ below the display, though its top and side bezels are quite thin.

The MAZE Alpha X comes with a 6-inch fullHD (2160 x 1080) display, which is made by LG, and the phone also packs in 6GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage. The device is fueled by the Helio P20 64-bit octa-core processor, while it includes a 3,900mAh non-removable battery on the inside. On the back of the MAZE Alpha, you’re getting a 13-megapixel camera, while an 8-megapixel shooter is placed on the phone’s front side. Android 7.0 Nougat comes pre-installed on the MAZE Alpha X, while the phone also offers two SIM card slots (2x Nano SIM). If you’re interested in purchasing the MAZE Alpha X, you’ll be glad to know that it’s available from GearBest for $209.99, a purchase link has been included down below.
