Verizon is making it easy to give a Galaxy S8 this year, to someone on your list who is in need of a new smartphone. Starting today, through December 25th, Verizon is doing BOGOF on Galaxy S8 smartphones. You can actually purchase a Galaxy Note 8 or a Galaxy S8 Plus as well, but you will only get a Galaxy S8 for free, so you can't pick up two Galaxy Note 8's and take advantage of this deal. Additionally, you do need to sign up or switch to unlimited data, and add a line to your account. The Galaxy S8 will be free through monthly bill credits, so you will need to keep that line active for 24 months, to get the phone for free, entirely.
The Galaxy S8 is one of the best smartphones of the year, and it's a great option for those that do want a smaller smartphone. While it is still a 5.8-inch device, it is actually the size of a 5.2-inch smartphone in 2016. This is due to the taller display and smaller bezels. The 5.8-inch Infinity Display has a resolution of 2960x1440. There's a Snapdragon 835 chipset inside, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage to boot. There is a micro SD card slot available as well for expanding that storage. On top of that, there is a 3000mAh battery inside. The Galaxy S8 is a great smartphone to pick up this holiday season, and anyone who finds one under the Christmas tree will love it. Remember, this deal is good through December 25th, but in order to have it shipped in time, you'll need to purchase it by next Tuesday, December 19th.
