Phiaton Announces the BT150 Neck Band Earbuds with ANC

Phiaton, today announced its latest earbuds that are joining its already fairly popular lineup. It's the BT150. These are a pair of neckband-styled earbuds from the company, that offer a few pretty interesting features that you don't always see on a pair of earbuds in this segment. Phiaton is offering up active noise cancellation or ANC with the BT150, which is going to make them great for working out or traveling, as you can get rid of the noise around you. And these are going to be priced at $149.

The Phiaton BT150 offers up six hours of music playback on a single charge. This time includes active noise cancelling being turned on. If you turn off ANC, you can get an additional four hours, bringing it to about 10 hours. The BT150's also feature a power saving sensor, which is basically going to power off the active noise cancellation when the are earbuds are retracted, this allows for the battery life to be expanded and get the most from every charge. Inside the BT150's are powerful 12mm dynamic drivers, these will deliver balanced and vibrant sound to your ears. It also supports aptX technology, which can increase the digital streaming efficiency and improves the overall dynamic range.

Phiaton also touts that the BT150's are also sweat and water-resistant, rated at IPX4. This means you'll be able to go to the gym and get a good sweat session in without worrying about the BT150's getting damaged or stop working. Now these are not going to be waterproof, which means they cannot be submerged, that's basically the main difference between IPX4 and IPX6 or IPX7, with the latter being able to be submerged. These also support Multipoint Connection, so you can connect two Bluetooth devices at the same time. Similar to what Bluetooth 5.0 is capable of, even though it doesn't technically support Bluetooth 5.0. Phiaton is including four different ear tips in the box with each BT150, so every user can find the pair that best fits their ears. The Phiaton BT150 Active Noise Cancelling headphones are available now from Amazon for $149, in both black and silver.
