OPPO Reveals OPPO R11s' Design And Its Partial Spec Sheet

OPPO has just announced the OPPO R11s, well, kind off, the company did not host a press conference just yet, but the device is currently listed on the company’s official website. OPPO had scheduled a press event for this handset for November 2, so it seems a bit weird the company decided to make it official on its website prior to that date, but there you go, this listing confirms the design of the phone, along with some of its specs, but the company did not share its full specs sheet, nor its price point just yet. When you click on the registration link on the site, it takes you to OPPO’s store, but from there, you cannot really do much but wait for November 2, as that is the day you will be able to register for a first flash sale of this phone, if you live in China, of course.

Having said that, it seems like rumors and leaks were spot on, the OPPO R11s looks identical to what the leaks were reporting, this phone sports really thin bezels all around, while it comes with a dual camera setup on its back, and an oval-shaped fingerprint scanner, which is also placed on its back side. OPPO’s branding is located below the phone’s fingerprint scanner, and an LED flash lies next to the dual camera setup on the back. Those two cameras protrude on the back of the phone a bit, and it seems like the device will be available in black, red and champagne color variants. This listing confirms that the OPPO R11s will sport a display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, while OPPO also confirms that the phone will ship with 20 and 16-megapixel rear-facing cameras. The main snapper, the 16-megapixel one, will sport an f/1.6 aperture, in case you were wondering. A 20-megapixel snapper will be included on the front side of this smartphone, along with OPPO’s AI beautify mode.

That is pretty much all the spec info that this listing revealed for us, but based on some previous leaks, the OPPO R11s will be fueled by the Snapdragon 660 64-bit octa-core SoC, while it will arrive with a 6-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) display. The display will come with Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box, while OPPO’s ColorOS skin will be included on top of it. OPPO’s VOOC Flash Charge fast charging will also be a part of this package, in case you were wondering.
