Honor 6C Pro Gets Announced in Europe, 3GB Of RAM In Tow

It seems like Honor has just announced the Honor 6C Pro in Europe, at least according to the source, as the phone has not been listed on the company's website. The company has shared an image of this phone on its Honor France Twitter account, and quite a few additional details surfaced soon after that, but not from the company directly. This announcement follows the introduction of the Honor 7X which was announced in China quite recently. The Honor 6C Pro is said to cost €179 in Europe, and according to the provided info, it will be available in a number of European markets.

Now, the Honor 6C Pro is made out of metal, and it sports a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. This smartphone comes with a single camera on its back, and it does not have any physical keys up front, you'll be able to take advantage of its on-screen buttons instead. All of the device's physical keys are located on the right, and the company's logo is placed below the display of the Honor 6C Pro. A Type-C USB port is placed on the bottom of this phone, and you will also notice speaker grills down there as well. Having said that, this smartphone is fueled by the MediaTek MT6750 64-bit octa-core processor, at least according to the source, and the device sports 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable native storage. The device sports a 5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display, while a 3,050mAh non-removable battery is also a part of this package. A 13-megapixel shooter is placed on the back of this phone, and Android 7.0 Nougat comes pre-installed on the phone, along with Huawei's custom UI, Emotion UI (EMUI).

That is more or less all the info that we have at the moment, but Honor is expected to share more details regarding this phone in the near future. Chances are that the phone will get listed on Honor's website in France first, before it makes its way to other European countries. All in all, the Honor 6C Pro is yet another budget offering by Honor, and considering its price point, it might peak an interest with some consumers in Europe. It is still unknown whether Honor plans to sell this phone in any markets outside of Europe, but stay tuned for more info.
