Google Home Control Partners Now Listed On Dedicated Page

Google Home Control partners are now listed on a dedicated page as Google has put up a list of all its partners over at the Google support website. While the purpose of the support list which has all of the names of compatible product brands is not just to list them, it can certainly play a big role in helping people find which products they already own which are compatible, or which products to buy if they're looking at starting up with getting into setting up a smart home, and with how large the list is for how many products and brands Google Home Control supports, the list can assist consumers in wading through it all a little faster.

In addition to having a list at all, each one of Google's partners on the list has links that go directly to the web pages for those products, which makes getting to those products a lot faster and a lot simpler when it comes to those who may be looking to purchase something or find out more information from the source of those items. For example, if you look at the list you can see August as one of the partners towards the top, as the list is alphabetized. Next to it, is a link with the word "locks" as August makes smart locks, and clicking that link takes you straight to the August home page.

Since the list on the dedicated support page is fairly extensive, there are things available that Google has provided to help people narrow things down and get right to what they might be looking for. For instance, if you want to cut down on all of the stuff that's listed, above the list is a search box where you can type in keywords to filter out some of the products. This will help narrow a search and make it easier to find specific product partners, and ultimately take even less time in finding the right stuff. It was only a matter of time before Google put something like this up for consumers, and if you're looking at setting a smart home for the first time or adding onto what you already have, this is a good place to start finding things that would be compatible with Google Home and the Google Home Control software.
