Confirmed: 'Full-Screen' OPPO R11s Will Land On November 2

The OPPO R11s has been leaking for quite some time now, and the company has just confirmed that the device will be announced on November 2 in China. The OPPO R11s will be a successor to the OPPO R11 which was announced earlier this year, well, kind of, as the OPPO R11s will have considerably thinner bezels and won’t exactly resemble the OPPO R11 all that much. In any case, OPPO is rumored to release two OPPO R11s variants, the OPPO R11s and OPPO R11s Plus, the latter model will be larger, of course.

The OPPO R11s and OPPO R11s Plus will sport different display sizes, and the only display size that was mentioned in leaks is the 6-inch panel, and if we had to guess, we’d say that it will be included on the OPPO R11s Plus, not the regular OPPO R11s. In any case, that display will sport an 18:9 aspect ratio, and you can expect to see a fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) resolution on both the OPPO R11s’ and OPPO R11s Plus’ panels. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 64-bit octa-core processor will almost certainly fuel both of those phones, while the two devices will include 4GB and 6GB of RAM, depending on the variant. The 4GB RAM model of the OPPO R11s will include 64GB of internal storage, while the 6GB RAM variant will probably ship with 128GB of native storage. A rear-facing fingerprint scanner will be included on both of those phones, and Android 7.1 Nougat will come pre-installed on both device, along with OPPO’s ColorOS skin.

The OPPO R11s and OPPO R11s Plus will probably ship with 20 and 16-megapixel main shooters which were included on the OPPO R11, and both of those phones are expected to include a really capable front-facing camera, a 16-megapixel snapper, perhaps. Big batteries are also rumored to be a part of the OPPO R11s and OPPO R11s Plus packages, while fast charging will be included as well, OPPO’s VOOC Flash Charge fast charging. The OPPO R11s and OPPO R11s Plus will be made out of metal, and both phones will ship with on-screen buttons it seems. That is pretty much all the info that we have regarding these two phones, though it’s worth noting that the OnePlus 5T / 6 will probably resemble these two phones, especially the OPPO R11s Plus.
