Nubia Z17 Render Surfaces, Along With Some Spec Info

The Nubia Z17’s partial specs surfaced yesterday thanks to Geekbench, and now we get to take a look at the design of this smartphone, thanks to a leaked render, not to mention that some additional specs surfaced as well. If you take a look at the provided image, you’ll be able to see the alleged Nubia Z17 handset. It’s easily noticeable that this phone is made out of metal and glass, and both its front and back sides seems to be ever so slightly curved on the sides, while the company’s circular capacitive home key is making a comeback here.

Now, this phone also comes with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, and the company’s branding is placed on the very bottom of the device’s back side. The Nubia Z17 features a dual camera setup on the back, next to which you’ll notice the dual-LED flash. This phone basically has no bezel on the sides, only its frame is noticeable, which probably means that it will be quite narrow, considering it will come with a 5.5-inch display. Speaking of which, this handset is expected to sport a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display with a 2.5D curved glass on top of it. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core processor will fuel the Nubia Z17, and the phone will pack in 4GB / 6GB of RAM, along with 64GB of native storage. A 3,000mAh battery will be built into this smartphone, and an 8-megapixel snapper will be placed on the front side of the device. There are two 16-megapixel snappers (f/2.0 aperture) available on the back of the Nubia Z17, at least if the provided info is to be believed.

Nubia had introduced the Nubia Z17 mini at the beginning of last month, and even though the two devices are quite similar, it seems like the Nubia Z17 will differentiate a bit, as it should, considering that this will be Nubia’s new flagship smartphone. We still do not know when will the Nubia Z17 land, but considering that the phone has been leaking left and right lately, you can expect it to land in the coming weeks, we’ll keep you posted, as per usual.
