Galaxy S8 & S8 Plus Are EE's Most Pre-ordered Android Phone

In London, EE has announced that the pre-orders for the new Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus have surpassed those of the Galaxy S7 series, making the new pair the most anticipated Android smartphone of all time on their network. The balance between the models is just about what Samsung was anticipating – 60-percent are going for the 5.8-inch display Galaxy S8 and 40-percent are grabbing up the 6.2-inch Galaxy S8 Plus. EE claims to have the fastest 4G download speeds and offers WiFi Calling as well - making it the ideal network for using your new Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8 Plus. EE is also providing free access to the BT Sport app for all of the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus buyers. EE is offering only two colors – Midnight Black and Orchid Grey – with 63-percent of the orders opting for the Midnight Black between both models.

EE is also offering a special protection plan for Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus owners, as that Infinity Display can be a real expense to replace if broken. There are also many customer accessories designed specifically for the Galaxy S8 series and EE reports that there is a strong demand for those accessories as well. EE customers can also order “an official Samsung Add To Plan bundle, including a Wireless Charger, USB Cable and £20 [about $26 USD] Case Voucher.”

EE offers the Galaxy S8 for a cost of £9.99 as long as you are on a 24-month £55.99 4GEE plan with 5GB of data. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will cost you £29.99 on a 24-month £60.99 4GEE plan with 10GB of data. EE also offers a 4GEE Max Plan for an additional £5 more per month – the Galaxy S8 at £9.99 on a £60.99 per month and 7GB of data on a 24-month Max Plan and the Galaxy S8 Plus at £29.99 on a £65.99 per month and 15GB of data on a 24-month Max Plan. All 4GEE Max Plans include unlimited UK minutes and texts, as well as the ability to use your minutes and text in the EU.

It is easy to see why the new Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus are so popular with the futurist look of the Infinity Display, the Snapdragon 835 processor, Adreno 540 GPU, excellent camera, expandable memory, facial recognition, iris scanner, and wireless charging. It seems to be the smartphone to beat in a crowded world.
