Smart TVs are becoming more common these days and they’re coming from a range of different brands with a varied set of features and at all different kinds of prices. TCL have started launching a series of smart TVs which are coming with Roku technology built in alleviating the need for having to hook up a Roku set top box much like some brands have been doing with Android TV technology. One of the latest from TCL is their 2017 model of the 49-inch Roku LED Smart TV which has a 1080p display and nice slim form factor.
With the screen size at 49-inches it goes nicely with the Full HD resolution and the size of the screen is perfectly in the middle for anyone who wants something that’s a decent size but not massive. With the Roku technology built-in it has access to over 4,000 streaming channels including Hulu Plus, Netflix, HBO NOW and more, and it has an easy-to-use interface with the capability to search for things with little effort and quickly so you can get to watching what you want when you want. It also comes with a compact and easy-to-use remote but you can also use the mobile companion app to navigate through and find your content. The TV has three HDMI ports, one USB port, an Audio out optical port, and your standard Video and A/V in ports.
