Yet another Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 concept has just surfaced online. As some of you already know, we've recently shared the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 concept created by the 'Concept creator', that concept was presented in a form of a video clip which showed off the device and its partial specifications. Well, this time around, the Mi MIX 2 concept comes from 'TechConfigurations', and we get to take a look at both the video of this design, and also a couple of images. Do keep in mind that this concept was released last month, but it only now making the rounds, read on.
Xiaomi's CEO said a while back that the company is aiming for a 93% screen-to-body ratio when it comes to the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and the last concept we checked out sported such a screen-to-body ratio, and so does today's model. If you take a look at the gallery and video down below, you'll get to see the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 which only has some bezel below its display, where the front-facing camera lies. This smartphone is made out of ceramic, and sports a 3.5mm headphone jack at the top, while it also has an 'Ultrasonic Proximity Sensor'. On the very bottom fo the device, you'll notice a Type-C USB port, which is flanked by speaker grills (these are actually two stereo speakers). On the back of the device lies a dual camera setup, a dual-LED, dual tone flash and what seems to be a Laser Autofocus sensor. Speaking of the camera sensors, there are two 16-megapixel OIS shooters on the back, and a fingerprint scanner lies right below them, same goes for the company's branding.
An 8-megapixel camera can be found on the front side of this smartphone, and the source says that it is 25% more compact than the front-facing shooter on the original Xiaomi Mi MIX. The designer also envisioned a 6.4-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) AMOLED display for this smartphone, on top of which you'll notice a 2.5D curved glass panel. The device also offers 3D Touch, while it is fueled by the Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core processor, and it packs in 6GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage. All in all, this smartphone looks really sleek, and it resembles both the original Xiaomi Mi MIX, and the concept that we've checked out recently. Chances are that the official Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 will look at least similar to this smartphone, though there's still plenty of time before Xiaomi introduces that device, so stay tuned for that.
