Some T-Mobile LG G6 pre-orders are already being fulfilled with multiple users on Twitter and Reddit posting that they have already received their LG G6 smartphones. On the one hand, this is not that surprising as T-Mobile has become somewhat known for super fast shipping of new devices and seems to make a habit of delivering pre-ordered flagship smartphones before they officially become available.
However, on the other hand, this particular speed of delivery seems to even outdo T-Mobile’s normal efforts, and for two reasons. Firstly, T-Mobile pre-orders for the LG G6 only opened on March 22, yesterday. Secondly, T-Mobile’s March 22 pre-order opening date was considered slow by comparison, as the likes of AT&T, Sprint and Verizon all opened their respective pre-orders on the same day, March 17. So while it seems that T-Mobile was late to the pre-order party, they are making up for it by ensuring that some pre-ordered units are already reaching their owners.
If you have yet to pre-order the LG G6 but plan to and especially if you are planning to from T-Mobile, then it seems it might be worth placing the pre-order sooner rather than later. Some of those who have received their orders only placed their pre-orders yesterday and with the actual release of the LG G6 scheduled for April 7, this is decent amount of time to receive the smartphone before it becomes widely available over the counter. Through T-Mobile, you are looking at a cost of $26 per month over a 24-month period with a $26 upfront payment. Which works out to be a total of $650 and you do currently have the option to choose the color, with T-Mobile taking orders on both the Ice Platinum and Black models. Likewise, it is worth keeping in mind that the LG G6 is coming with freebies. This differs somewhat among sellers and carriers, although the one staple deal is any LG G6 purchased during the initial launch stage (through T-Mobile or elsewhere) comes with a free Google Home. Which is not a bad freebie at all. You can find out more about the LG G6 or order one through any of the major carriers in the US, through the links below.
