OUKITEL K6000 Plus Comes With A 6080mAh Battery & Fast Charging

OUKITEL was in attendance at MWC 2017 and one of the devices the company was showcasing was the new OUKITEL K6000 Plus. This is a follow on from the OUKITEL K6000 Pro and like the Pro model, looks to offer an extensive level of battery life. In fact, it looks to offer slight more battery life due to the slight increase in mAh capacity to 6,080, compared to the OUKITEL K6000 Pro’s 6,000 mAh.

Adding to the OUKITEL K6000 Plus increase in battery capacity, OUKITEL is also looking to ensure that when the big battery is depleted, it can be recharged again in fairly quick fashion. As a result, OUKITEL has now confirmed that the OUKITEL K6000 Plus does come with a 12V/2A charger. One which will look to recharge the smartphone's battery in as little as 1 hour and 40 minutes. Which when considering this is a fairly large battery to begin with (in some cases double what is on offer with other major smartphones), a charge time of under two hours will be of benefit and is a pretty rapid level of charging. Likewise, while the battery is of a significant capacity, the K6000 Plus is said to be a very lightweight and compact smartphone. Which means that in spite of getting the increase in battery size, the OUKITEL K6000 Plus has been designed to ensure that it is still more than manageable as a daily usage device.

Although the rest of the details on what is on offer with the OUKITEL K6000 Plus is still petty limited, besides the improvement in the battery department, the smartphone is also expected to come with improvements to memory and the cameras. While the chipset is certainly an area that has been improved, as the OUKITEL K6000 Plus comes powered by a MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor. Likewise, the OUKITEL K6000 Plus will come with a fingerprint sensor that is positioned on the front of the device and beneath the home button. While the operating system in use will be Android 7.0 (Nougat). At the moment there are no firm details on pricing or availability, although OUKITEL has stated that the OUKITEL K6000 Plus will be available to buy before the end of the month.
