The Huawei P10 Pops Up for Pre-Order in Spain

The Huawei P10 is already available for pre-order in Spain, and this comes a week after it was launched. Tech website GSMArena first spotted the pre-order open up in stores in Barcelona this week, and it even comes with a special deal for people who pre-order the flagship smartphone before the 15th of March. If you happen to be in Spain and pre-order the device before the aforementioned date, you'll be eligible for a free Huawei Watch 2, which is a pretty good deal considering the smartwatch will be retailing for €329 when it hits stores. It should also be noted that the Huawei Watch 2 is the latest smartwatch from Huawei and was announced at MWC 2017 in Barcelona last week.

At MWC 2017, Huawei announced that their latest device would be available for purchase in 30 countries in March, though the company didn't set a specific date. Spain happened to be one of the many countries listed in the first wave of countries to receive the device, and true enough, the Huawei P10 is already up for pre-order, and this began on 27th of February. It is now likely that we will see the Huawei P10 on pre-order in many other countries in the coming days and weeks.

The Huawei P10 was launched alongside the Huawei P10 Plus, and it features a 5.1-inch full HD IPS LCD display. Under the hood it is powered by the Kirin 960 octa-core chipset from Huawei themselves, while graphics are handled by the Mali-G71 GP. Memory wise, the device packs 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card slot. For optics, the Huawei P10 comes with a dual-camera setup on its rear. One is a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor, while the other is a 12-megapixel RGB sensor, both of which come with Leica lenses and are assisted by a dual-LED, dual-tone flash. Selfies are handled by an 8-megapixel shooter, and it also comes with Leica lenses. Keeping the lights on this device is a 3,200mAh battery, with support for fast charging. Software wise, the Huawei P10 comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, along with EMUI 5.1 on top of it. EMUI 5.1 is Huawei's very own user interface and it also happens to be the latest version. It should also be noted that a fingerprint scanner has been included below the display, and it supports gestures, allowing you to assign certain functions to it.
