Ulefone Power 2 To Come With 4GB RAM & 6,050 mAh Battery

The Ulefone Power Is one of the smartphones which came from Ulefone back towards the end of 2015. This was positioned as an affordable smartphone, but also one which came with a significant battery capacity. Which is probably not that surprising considering the "Power" naming. In either case, Ulefone has now confirmed that a follow-up device is now en route, the Ulefone Power 2. Like its predecessor, the Ulefone Power 2 will be a smartphone that is designed to offer increased levels of battery life, thanks to the now-confirmed 6,050 mAh capacity battery that will be on offer. Add to that, this battery has been confirmed by Ulefone as coming with Sony's new generation of electric cells. Therefore, the output is expected to be more stable and offer a longer level of duration. Which is not just good for battery life in general, but also good for battery safety, which is increasingly becoming a concern for some.

Power aside though, it seems that the battery life is not going to be the only selling point on offer with the Ulefone Power 2 as Ulefone has also now confirmed that this smartphone will come equipped with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and running on Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box. Which needless to say, is a hefty RAM and storage configuration for a device that is expected to be highly-affordable. Add to that a fingerprint sensor and this will also be a device that places a greater emphasis on security. In terms of the design, not much is known about the this point, besides what is revealed in the new image above, including the employment of a metal unibody design.

Unfortunately, that is largely the extent to the information that has been provided so far. Which does mean that there are still some important details waiting to be confirmed. Like for instance, the processor type. Although, it probably is fair to assume the processor will be designed to match the heightened RAM, storage and battery life stated. Luckily though, those details will be coming through sooner rather than later, as Ulefone has announced it will be in attendance at MWC 2017 and along with the Ulefone Gemini Pro and Ulefone Armor 2, the Ulefone Power 2 will be officially unveiled and details provided at the event.
