LG K10 Announced In India With Android Nougat, Panic Button

LG has just introduced the LG K10 (2017 variant) in India. This smartphone was originally announced last month during CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas, and the company actually re-announced its rebranded variant in Korea yesterday under the LG X400 name. That being said, the phone is now official in India, and it is priced at Rs. 13,990, for those of you who are interested. The LG K10 (2017) is the most powerful smartphone from LG’s ‘K’ series of smartphones, though this is a low-to-mid-range smartphone.

The LG K10 (2017) sports a 5.3-inch 720p (1280 x 720) In-cell Touch display with a 2.5D curved glass on top of it. MediaTek’s MT6750 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz fuels this smartphone, along with the Mali-T860 GPU. The device comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage, while a 2,800mAh removable battery is also a part of this package. A 13-megapixel snapper is placed on the back of the LG K10 (2017), and a 5-megapixel shooter can be found on the front side of this smartphone. Android 7.0 Nougat comes pre-installed on the device, and on top of it, you’ll get LG’s custom UI, of course. This phone sports a fingerprint scanner on its back, right below the rear-facing camera and an LED flash. LG’s branding can be found on both the front and back sides of this smartphone, while its volume up / down keys are placed on the left. There are two SIM card slots on the inside of this smartphone (2 x nano SIM), and you’re also getting 4G LTE connectivity here, with VoLTE. The LG K10 (2017) measures 148.7 x 75.3 x 7.9mm, while it weighs 142 grams. On top of all this, it’s also worth mentioning that this variant of the LG K10 comes with a panic button.

The LG K10 (2017) costs Rs. 13,990 ($209) in India, and it comes in Black, Gold and Titanium color variants, in case you were wondering. You can check out all of these variants in one of the provided images down below, and it’s also worth mentioning that the phone comes with a free smart cover and unlimited audio and video downloads from Hungama for the period of 45 days. The source did not mention whether the phone is already available or not, but if it’s not, it will be soon.
