Leak: LG G6 Appears in Real Life Image

The LG G6 has been leaked in various renders before, now we are getting a look at the device in a real world image. The image above, appears to be from someone that has the device in their possession with it sitting on their leg, and they are covering up information that would out them as the one leaking the picture. The back-side of the device looks pretty familiar. Like the renders and other leaks we've seen, it even looks similar to the LG V20 that the company announced last year. What's interesting here is that LG appears to be going with a glossy jet black color, like the iPhone 7 Plus that Apple announced last fall. Which means it's going to be prone to fingerprints.

At the top of the back, we see two cameras, it's like that one is a wide-angle lens and the other is a regular camera. Similar to what LG did with the LG G5 last year, where the 8-megapixel shooter was a wide-angle camera and the 16-megapixel camera was the better camera lens. Below that is the fingerprint sensor. It does appear to be a physical button once again, like it was on the LG G5 and V20. Otherwise, there's nothing else on the back besides the "G6" logo, which typically appears on the back of LG's devices, especially their flagship devices.

Since this picture is the only one that is in this leak, it's hard to say if any of the other leaks are similar. But this does indeed look like the design that LG used with the V20 last year, and it does match up to the other leaks we've seen in recent weeks. It does appear to also be a bit bigger than the LG G5 was last year. Internally, the LG G6 is rumored to be sporting a Snapdragon 821, since Samsung called dibs on the Snapdragon 835 (they are manufacturing it after all) and has claimed the first few batches for their upcoming devices. Additionally, it'll likely sport 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The display is said to be a 18:9 ratio, so it'll be a bit taller than most other devices.
