Protect your Google Pixel And Double Its Battery Life with this Case

The Google Pixel does already have pretty decent battery life, but everyone would love to get a bit more juice, and that's exactly what this case from ICONic does. It's a rugged case for your Google Pixel, so you'll be able to keep your device protected, but it also has a built-in battery backup, which has a capacity of 4000mAh. Think of a mophie battery pack, which is available for a slew of iPhone's and Samsung smartphones. This one is pretty much the same thing, and it has a much larger battery. The company notes in the description on Amazon that this battery case will give you an extra 60 hours of music playback, 17 hours of talk, 13 hours of video, 12 hours of web browsing or 3 hours of 3D gaming.

The ICONic battery case for the Google Pixel does also offer full protection on your device. It uses a "comprehensive bumper design and hard-shell backplate" to keep your device protected. It actually comes in two parts, there's the bottom and then top. The reason why it comes in two parts is because the bottom part plugs into the USB-C port on your device (so it can charge your Pixel), and it keeps the device nice and snug in the case. Despite having a rather large battery inside, and being a rugged case, the ICONic battery case for the Pixel is actually rather slim. It adds less than half an inch to your Pixel. Which is great as it means you can still keep the device in your pocket, as it doesn't add a whole lot of bulk.

This case is definitely not as cheap as a number of other cases available for the Pixel today, but it is rather cheap for being a battery case. Amazon is offering it up for just $49.99, which is a pretty good price for adding 4000mAh of juice to your device. It's also worth noting that this particular case is only compatible with the Pixel and not the Pixel XL. So if you do have the Pixel XL, do not purchase this case thinking it will work on your device, because it simply won't fit.
