Meizu M5 And Meizu M5 Note To Launch Outside Of China Soon

It seems like Meizu is getting ready to release the Meizu M5 and Meizu M5 Note outside of China. The two devices were spotted on Postel, which is essentially Indonesia equivalent of the FCC. This means that the two devices were certified in Indonesia, and they could become available in the near future. Unfortunately, Postel does not share any additional info when it comes to the launch of these devices, so we can only guess when will Meizu introduce them in Indonesia, but that could happen in the next couple of weeks.

Does this mean that the Meizu M5 and Meizu M5 Note are on the way to some other countries as well? That is quite possible, yes, they will probably roll out to India soon as well, and chances are both of these devices are going to become available in Europe through a number of Meizu’s partners, including Amazon. The Meizu M5’s base variant costs around $100 in China, while the Meizu M5 Note starts at around $130. Despite the fact these two devices are quite affordable, they have plenty to offer in terms of the design, specs and performance. Chances are that both of these devices will cost quite a bit more outside of China, but they’ll still be affordable considering what the have to offer.

The Meizu M5 sports a 5.2-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display, along with 2GB / 3GB of RAM and 16GB / 32GB of expandable internal storage. The device is fueled by the MT6750 64-bit octa-core SoC, while it comes with a 3,070mAh battery. The 13-megapixel snapper is placed on the back of this smartphone, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed on it with the company’s Flyme 5.2 OS on top of it. The Meizu M5 Note, on the other hand, features a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, 3GB / 4GB of RAM and 16GB / 32GB / 64GB of expandable storage. This smartphone is fueled by the Helio P10 64-bit octa-core SoC, and a 4,000mAh battery can be found on the inside. This phone comes with the same software version as the Meizu M5. Both devices also offer fast charging, come in a number of color variants, and feature two SIM card slots.
