In 2016, Lenovo launched three devices in the Moto Z lineup, there's the Moto Z, the Moto Z Force (which is exclusive to Verizon) and the Moto Z Play. The Moto Z Play was launched a few months after its brothers became available, and is also slightly lower-end in specs. The Moto Z Play sports the same 5.5-inch display, but its resolution dropped from QHD to just Full HD. Additionally, it's sporting the Snapdragon 625 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. But the reason that the Moto Z Play gets all of its praise is due to the 3510mAh battery which virtually never dies. It can keep you going for two days before needing a recharge, thanks to the lower-resolution display and lower-end processor.
The Moto Z Play typically runs for about $449 unlocked, which given the specs and the amount of phone you're getting here, it's a pretty good price. But right now, you can grab it even cheaper. The GSM Unlocked model is available over on Amazon right now for just $399. Marking the lowest price the Moto Z Play has ever been (at least for a new model, and not a refurbished one), so if you are on AT&T or T-Mobile and are looking for a new smartphone with some great battery life, the Moto Z Play is definitely one to take a look at.
