The (Lenovo) ZUK Edge is one of the most leaked smartphones in the last couple of weeks. This smartphone was certified in China a while back, and we've seen a number of leaks confirming its design, not to mention that the company's CEO shared a couple of such images as well. ZUK's CEO confirmed that the ZUK Edge will arrive this week, though he did not say when exactly. Well, now we know, read on.
The company has started sending out invitations for the ZUK Edge event, and by doing that they confirmed that the phone will launch on December 7th. The ZUK Edge will be ZUK's fourth smartphone since the company was founded, and it is worth mentioning that this China-based company is actually backed by Lenovo, and in some markets their devices are actually called 'Lenovo ZUK' instead of just 'ZUK'. In any case, the ZUK Edge will sport really thin bezels all around, and its display will be slightly curved on the sides as well. The home button will be placed below the display, and it will double as a fingerprint scanner. The phone pictured in the official invitation seems to be somewhat different than the device we've seen in various leaks, and this image of the device is quite probably not accurate, as ZUK is probably trying to conceal its design before they announce the device, even though ZUK's CEO already shared some (not so clear) images of this smartphone.
That being said, yet another image of the ZUK Edge surfaced as well, it's the second image in the gallery down below. This image actually goes hand-in-hand with pretty much every single ZUK Edge leak we've seen in the last couple of weeks, and as you can see, this smartphone will sport really thin bezels all around, as already mentioned. The ZUK Edge will sport a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, 4GB / 6GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB / 128GB of internal storage. The phone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 821, and a 3,000mAh battery will be a part of this package as well. If you'd like to get more info when it comes to the ZUK Edge's specs, click here.
