Meizu's Exynos-powered flagship for 2016 had been leaking for a long time, ever since the beginning of this year more or less. Just as we thought that Meizu has no intention to release the Exynos 8890-powered flagship, the company did it quite recently, they've introduced the Meizu PRO 6 Plus. This is the company's new flagship phablet, and a successor to the Meizu PRO 5 which was introduced back in September 2015. That being said, the Meizu PRO 6 Plus is a real powerhouse, but it more or less looks like the Meizu PRO 6 and PRO 6s, even though it's considerably bigger, which means its display is not exactly curved, save for the 2.5D glass on top of it.
Well, Meizu's smartphone with a curved display has been leaking for a while as well, and we're still wondering whether it will launch this year or not. It is possible that the Meizu PRO 7 will be that elusive curved display smartphone for Meizu, which means it could launch in the first half of 2017. Well, a number of new images just surfaced showing off a Meizu-branded smartphone which has a curved display on all four sides, and the leak suggests that its name could be the Meizu Four. Do keep in mind that the source is still unsure when it comes to this branding, so it is possible this is the Meizu PRO 7. In any case, if you take a look at the gallery down below, you'll get to see a smartphone which hides under the '1206' codename, and from those images you can clearly see its display is curved on all four sides.
According to the provided info, this smartphone will sport a QHD (2560 x 1440) curved AMOLED display, and will be fueled by the Exynos 8890, just like the Meizu PRO 6 Plus, which means it could launch in the next couple of months, quite probably before Samsung introduces the Galaxy S8 which will sport a new Exynos chip, Samsung's flagship SoC for 2017. Meizu's physical home key is present below the display of this smartphone, and aside from the curved display, the phone looks similar to Meizu's previous offerings.
