Some Games Are Up to 85% Off on Google Play Right Now

While Amazon is holding their Digital Day sale today, and discounting a number of games, apps, movies and even TV shows, Google Play is opting to do something similar. They have marked down a slew of games, by as much as 85%. So that you'll have something to play over the New Years weekend. There are some great games on sale right now, but they likely won't be on sale for long.

Some of the games included in this sale are The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for $0.99 (down from $6.99), Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour for $0.99 (down from $6.99), Assassin's Creed Identity for $0.99 (down from $4.99) and The Room Three for $0.99 (down from $3.99). There are plenty of other goodies also on sale including LEGO Jurassic World, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and Crashlands. The majority of the games are $0.99, with a few going down as low as $0.10, like Table Tennis Touch. Which is a pretty simple, but fun game to play. You can check out all of the games that are on sale through the link down below. Google Play has not stated how long this sale will last, but it likely will only be through the weekend.

Google Play often discounts games and apps for the holidays, so it's not a huge surprise to see many games discounted right now. This makes it a great time to stock up on some new games to play on your Android smartphone or tablet. It's also worth pointing out that these sales do not include in-app purchases. Some of these games do have in-app purchases, which will still be their regular price. The majority of these games are big titles, so it's surprising to see them on sale, and it's something that doesn't happen all that often. So if you've had your eye on any of these games, now is definitely the time to grab one. Especially if you're into basketball, as NBA2K17 is currently on sale, and that never goes on sale. There's also Hitman Go and Fruit Ninja that's on sale. Fruit Ninja is one of those games that you'll never get tired of, it's been a best seller for years.
