Deal: Amazon Discounts Fire Tablet Lineup - 12/19/16

These days, tablets aren't selling super well for most manufacturers, unless your name is Amazon. Somehow, the retailer has found a way to sell tablets, and sell boatloads of them. Of course, it's likely due to how low their prices are. In fact, they have a tablet that sells as low as $49, typically. But if that price wasn't low enough, Amazon has just lowered them even more.

The Amazon Fire Tablet is priced at $39.99 right now, down from $49.99. Their Fire Kids Edition tablet is down to $89.99 from $99.99, meanwhile the Fire HD 8 drops $10 to just $79.99 and the Fire HD 10 gets $30 off and comes down to just $199.99. These tablet's aren't the most high-end, but the highest-end of these four tablets is the Fire HD 10, which has a 10-inch display as you probably could figure out from the name. It's also worth mentioning that these tablets do not feature Google services, it's essentially running a forked version of Android. But all of your favorite media apps are front-and-center here.

If you've been looking for a tablet for your kids, the Fire HD 8 and the Fire Kids Edition are both great ones to pick up. If you have younger kids, the Fire Kids Edition is the better choice due to the parental controls included. Additionally it has a bumper around the edges, to protect the tablet from when your kids drop it. These Fire tablets will remain at this price through Christmas Eve. Or while supplies last.
