August Smart Lock
This smart door lock is compatible with Amazon's Alexa as well as Apple's Homekit. Essentially what this lock allows you to do, is unlock your home with your smartphone. It will connect to your smartphone over Bluetooth to unlock the door. This way you don't need to pull out your keys to open the door.
Schlage Connect BE469NX CAM 619 Touchscreen Deadbolt with alarm
This deadbolt here has an alarm and can hold up to 30 different key codes. This is a great idea because you can give someone like your baby sitter one of the codes, and not the main code. That way you can make it so that she is only allowed in on days that she is needed to watch your kid(s). Without having to give him/her keys that they may lose.
This is a lock that looks pretty ordinary, but it is indeed a smart lock and can connect to your smartphone to unlock for you. Making it a great choice for anyone looking to make their home a bit more smart. The Kwikset Kevo does indeed work with both Android and iOS, and you'll find the app needed in the appropriate app store.
Kwikset 909 SmartCode Electronic Deadbolt
Kwikset has another option here, and this one is a deadbolt instead. It does still allow you to use your smartphone to unlock the door. But it also has a keypad, so you don't even need to use a key at all, even if you did forget your smartphone in the car, or even in the house. You can set up this deadbolt lock to automatically lock after 30 seconds of closing the door as well, for added peace of mind.
August Doorbell Cam
Another August product here, this one is the doorbell for the front door and it includes a camera. So you can see who is at the front door and then decide whether you want to answer the door or not. There's also two-way audio so you can communicate with the person at your door, and find out what they want. This can be done even when you are not home.
Ring Wi-Fi Enabled Video Doorbell
This isn't so much a door lock, but a doorbell. It has a video camera built in as well, allowing you to see and communicate with who is at the door. You can also see if FedEx/UPS are taking care in delivering your package. The camera that Ring uses does indeed have night vision, so it will work at night. Especially important in the winter time when the sun goes down earlier.
Ring Video Doorbell Pro
Then there is the Ring Vidoe Doorbell Pro. This is a better, and more expensive version of the Ring listed above. It's smaller, but also has a wider-angle camera, allowing you to see more of what is going on outside. It also has better night vision, thanks to its infrared sensor that is built in.
Zmodo has a great option for a doorbell for your home. It does have a built-in camera and using their app you can keep an eye on your home whether you are at home or not. The Zmodo Greet is a bit cheaper, and doesn't offer online storage, but it does stream to your smartphone. This also comes with a WiFi extender, in case it is needed to get it up and running.
Danalock Bluetooth Smart Lock
Like many of the other smart locks on this list, this one from Danalock uses Bluetooth to connect to your smartphone to unlock. This is a great idea for those times that you forget your keys, or lock yourself out of your home. Because let's face it, we all always have our phone with us.
Nest Cam Outdoor Security Camera
Instead of replacing your existing doorbell, you can opt to pick the Nest Cam Outdoor Security Camera. This one will keep an eye on your front-porch but also keep an eye out to keep your property safe. Since it is made to be used outdoors, it is now weatherproof. So it can stay out there throughout the winter, and even in troublesome weather like tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards, etc.
