Deal: Unlocked Sony Xperia X for $300 - 11/25/16

In case you haven't noticed yet - and really, how could you have not? - today is Black Friday and while we've been covering all sorts of great deals today, from excellent discounts on games consoles, to vacuum cleaners, our audience is most interested in smartphones. There are a number of options that have been on sale since earlier this week, including the Honor 8 from Huawei. Now, however, we have a new deal to bring you on the Sony Xperia X, a smartphone that was released not too long ago, and is still a decent device to buy in 2016. On sale from Amazon, unlocked and ready to use on any network it supports, for just $299.99, this appears to be one of the better deals on a Sony smartphone for some time.

The Xperia X is a 5.0-inch Full HD smartphone that offers the same excellent 23-megapixel Exmor RS camera that is found in other higher-end Sony smartphones. It also packs in a Snapdragon 650 CPU, as well as a 13-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls that few other smartphones can match. The Xperia X line of devices might have failed to capture the same sort of success as the Xperia Z line, but this is one of the few devices out there that offers a quality fit and finish, lots of features and a great camera performance, all without being on the larger end of the spectrum. This is an unlocked smartphone, and it's sold direct from Amazon themselves, and for those wondering if it will work with their network, the below Amazon listing has all those answers. It will, however, work perfectly well with both AT&T and T-Mobile as well as other networks throughout the United States as this is a device that Sony designed to work with the US market when they brought it Stateside earlier this year. It's also available at this price in a choice of four different colors; Black, White, Lime Gold and Rose Gold.
