Oukitel is a China-based company we've talked about quite a few times in the last year or so. This company had introduced a number of big battery smartphones in that time period, including the Oukitel K4000, K6000 and K10000. Now, in addition to those big battery phones, Oukitel had rolled out some regular, but still compelling smartphones as well, and yet another such phone is going to land soon it seems. Our source at the company just shared some new info about the Oukitel U11 Plus, read on.
The Oukitel U11 Pro is the company's upcoming phone which will be made out of metal and glass, its back side will be slightly curved, and you can expect to see two 13-megapixel cameras on this smartphone (both will be interpolated to 16-megapixels via the software). The Oukitel U11 Plus will sport one 13-megapixel snapper on its back, while the other one will be implemented on the phone's front side. You'll be able to find a dual-LED flash on the back of this smartphone, while a single LED flash sensor will be placed next to the front-facing camera. The Oukitel U11 Plus will also ship with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, as you can see in the provided image, and the device's SIM tray will be included on the right. Now, as far as its other specs are concerned, we do know that it will pack in 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, and our source says that thanks to that setup, the phone will be able to run more than 50 applications at the same time , and by that we presume he means 'keep active in multitasking', while the phone will still have about 20% of RAM free, even after all those apps are loaded. This is plausible considering Oukitel's Android skin is usually quite light, the company does pack in some gesture features and what not, but does not load Android with useless services.
That is pretty much everything we know about this handset's design and specifications, our source did not share any more spec info this time around. In any case, the phone will launch next month, after the Oukitel U15S hits the market, though we still don't know the exact launch date, so stay tuned.
