Nubia Z11 Mini Becomes Official In India, Costs $195

The Nubia Z11 is one of the most beautiful smartphones announced this year. That is Nubia's flagship handset for 2016, and it had been introduced earlier this year. That being said, the company had also announced two additional 'Nubia Z11' smartphones, the Nubia Z11 Max and Nubia Z11 Mini, both of which were introduced before the Nubia Z11 flagship. Having that in mind, we're here to talk more about the Nubia Z11 Mini, because the phone has just arrived to India, read on.

Nubia had introduced their smaller Nubia Z11 handset in India, and we're looking at a mid-range smartphone here which sports the same specs as the original model that was introduced earlier this year. The Nubia Z11 Mini also ships with the 'FiT' technology, just like its more expensive sibling. FiT stands for 'Frame interactive Technology', and it basically lets you swipe up or down on the phone's display edges in order to trigger certain actions, like app switching, cleaning memory, adjusting volume and brightness, etc. The Nubia Z11 Mini is made out of metal, and it comes with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. This smartphone sports a 5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) LTPS display with Corning's Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top of it. This phone packs in 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage. The device is fueled by the Snapdragon 617 64-bit octa-core processor, along with the Adreno 405 GPU. The 2,800mAh battery is also included here, and the device ships with two SIM card slots (2 x nano SIM, hybrid setup). The 16-megapixel snapper (Sony's IMX298 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 6P lens, PDAF) is placed on the back of this phone, and an 8-megapixel shooter (1.4um pixel size, f/2.4 aperture, 80-degree wide-angle lens) can be found up front. Android 5.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed on the Nubia Z11 Mini, and on top of it, you'll be able to find Nubia's Nubia UI 3.9.6 user interface. The phone measures 141.4 x 70 x 8mm, while it weighs 138 grams.

The Nubia Z11 Mini comes in White and Black color variants, while it is priced at Rs. 12,999 ($195) in India. The phone will be exclusively available through Amazon India starting from October 21st, for those of you who are interested.
