Google is slated to announce the successor to the Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X tomorrow at their 10/4 event in San Francisco. However that doesn't mean that the Nexus 6P is a bad buy right now. Sure it's a year old, but it's still a great smartphone to buy. We're looking at a 5.7-inch QHD AMOLED display here, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB of RAM. This model has 32GB of storage, but there is also a 64GB model (for $499) and a 128GB model (for $128). Keep in mind that there is no expandable storage here, so you're stuck with what you buy. There's also a pretty hefty 3450mAh battery inside, which should keep the Nexus 6P going all day long.

Right now, Amazon has the Nexus 6P priced at just $399, which is the lowest price we've seen. We do expect it to drop a bit more once the Pixel and Pixel XL are announced and actually available. However, at under $400, this is probably the best smartphone you can buy. And to sweeten the deal, it does already have the Android 7.0 Nougat update ready and waiting to be installed. Which makes things even better. You can pick up the 32GB model (or the larger 64GB and 128GB models) from the links below.
